Your Louievale tack is built to last with proper care:

Regular Cleaning

• Rinse with clean water after each use to remove dirt and sweat
• For stubborn dirt, use mild soap and a soft brush
• Hang to air dry completely before storing
• Avoid machine washing or harsh chemicals

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Hang halters to maintain shape (avoid folding long-term)
• Keep away from moisture to prevent mildew

Inspection

• Regularly check knots and hardware for wear
• Replace if you notice fraying, loose knots, or damaged hardware
• Contact us for repairs or replacement parts

Pro tip: Paracord naturally softens with use but maintains incredible strength. The rope will become more comfortable for your horse while staying secure.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your horse to absolutely love your Louievale gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return:

• Ready-made items in unused, original condition
• Items with tags still attached
• Items without dirt, hair, or signs of use

Not Eligible:

• Custom orders (made specifically for you)
• Personalized/monogrammed items
• Items showing signs of wear or use

How to Return:

2. We'll send you return instructions
3. Package securely and ship back to us
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged or defective items? Contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace or refund - no questions asked.
