Fill out our custom order form or email us with what you're after — colours, size, hardware, any special requests. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with a quote and timeline. Once you approve, you pay and we get to work creating your one-of-a-kind piece.
We use Australian standard marine-grade rope — 1,200kg+ breaking strength, UV-resistant, soft on your hands and your horse, built to handle the harsh Aussie sun and paddock conditions. It's the same quality used in marine and outdoor applications, so you know it's tough.
We ship via Australia Post. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, Express is 2–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over $200! Ready-made items ship within 1 week. Custom orders take 4–6 weeks to make, then ship with a tracking number.
You've got 30 days to return ready-made items if they're unused and in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable since they're made just for you. If something's not right, let us know — we want you happy and we'll sort it out.
Yep! Custom orders are all about making it yours. Two-tone in teal and black? Done. Rainbow lead rope? Let's do it. Soft and earthy in cream and tan? Beautiful. If you can dream it, we can probably make it.
